• To confirm a reservation on our website, a 100% payment will be requested via bank card 5 days before check-in.
• If you book less than 5 days before your arrival, our website will request 100% payment via bank card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation policy for reservations made on our website is 5 days.
• If at any time you wish to cancel, you must notify us by sending an email to vetustanest@gmail.com or by canceling directly at: https://reservas.vetustanest.com (My Booking section)
• Reservations canceled more than 5 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the amount paid up to that point.
• Reservations canceled less than 5 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
